COMPUTER TELEPHONY INTEGRATION (CTI)
With the growth of IP Technology, there is a need and inherent advantage of integrating services such as Call Centers , Interactive Voice Response(IVR), Call Switching and Call Distribution, PABX, Voice Mail, FAX features into one PC based system . The expandability and reach of the system can be increased through IP based networks where the Agents or End Users can be located in a geographically wide area.

The CTI main features are as follows
- Access of Voice Mail from any handset/instrument
- Online conversation recording
- Individual mail box from FAX Server, FAX Broadcasting
- Prerecorded information to callers for product advertising and product information

- Junction re-routing wherein the user has the facility for making long distance calls from house through a PSTN local call
- Call distribution over a set of operators where calls can be routed to specific individuals depending on language, area of expertise etc.
- Pop up data on the operators console with details/history of the caller based on his calling number or on a PIN code entered by the caller.
