With the growth of IP Technology, there is a need and inherent  advantage of integrating services such as Call Centers , Interactive Voice Response(IVR),  Call Switching and Call Distribution, PABX, Voice Mail, FAX features into one PC based system . The expandability  and reach of the system can be increased through IP based networks where the Agents or End Users can be located in a geographically wide  area.

The CTI  main features are as follows

  1. Access of Voice Mail from any handset/instrument
  2.  Online conversation recording
  3. Individual mail box from FAX Server, FAX Broadcasting
  4. Prerecorded information to callers for product advertising and product information
  5. Password protection for Voice mails and FAX mail
  6. Junction re-routing wherein the user has the facility for making long distance calls  from  house through a PSTN local call
  7. Call distribution over a set of operators where calls can be routed to specific individuals depending on language, area of expertise etc.
  8. Pop up data on the operators console with details/history of the caller based on his calling number or on a PIN code entered by the caller.
